The Splitter and The Knuckleball

The splitter is a very tough pitch to throw but if you do get it down, it is hard to hit. You have to have long fingers to grip it properly.

You take your index and middle fingers and you split hem on the ball. Then you throw it staight down. You will know if you are throing it right if it looks like it is going straight and then it "drops off the table".

The knuckleball is by far the hardest pitch to throw in baseball. There are very few major leaguers who do throw it and the ones that do throw it abut 60 times a game.

You take your fingers and you scrunch them up  so only your finger tips are touching the ball. When you throw it you keep your wrist stiff just like a slider. The ball should be dancing on its way to the plate( dancing means moving in all directions).
