The Fastball
You hold the ball across the seams with your middle and index fingers and throw straight down.
The 4 seam fastball is a pitch and any pitcher should be able to throw without any problem. It is a
pitch that you can locate with out any trouble. This pitch dosnt move any any way but it should be the ball that you throw
the fastest.
